Hello, i purchased today a product "elven inn" but when i tried to download it, my browser just downloaded a ".ez" file :( i retried it a few more times but without success. Now the product isnt downloadable anymore??? This is not acceptable. I paid via paypal and if I dont get the paid product I will file a fraud case. If you use download limitations, then better be sure that the customer received the paid product! As seeing the forums, many other have similiar problems. Now I sitting here without the paid product. PLEASE help me! Thank you
