I had this problem before and for me i found that the bigger the texture the better the quality (3000x4000 or as big as your computer can handle) , also making sure the tattoo when being applied ot the body texture in ps or psp isnt blurry and has jagged edges, Also poser 4 render with anti alias checked seems to bring out the quality really well

Im starting to get into poser and i tried to put a tattoo i drew onto a vicky3 texture and when i rendered it, it came up but it lost detail and became a bit blury.
Any help with this would be great.
