Subject: No purchase receipt OR ebots?

Anyone else not getting these lately either? I don't mind about the ebots so much but I do need receipts for my purchases. And no, I haven't changed any of my settings, neither have they haven't been held hostage by my Spam filter.

Hi, If you need a receipt for a purchase you didn't receive, please email store@renderosity.com and they can provide you with one. The ebots should be working just fine, I've been receiving my usual ton a day:) Stacey Community Manager

Thanks Stacey :) Well my ebots are on strike! As I said, I haven't altered my prefs and I just rechecked my 'held mail' folder - nothing there. I've had at least 28 gallery comments today and not received any notifications. This isn't a big problem but I DO like getting the 'on sale' notifications or I miss stuff :( ali x

Lilybelles, It looks like your are not subscribed to any ebots except the 3DSMAX forum in the database. Not sure what may have happened, but you'll need to go ahead and check the "Email On Post" option at the top of any forums you wish to receive ebots from. Tommy

Thanks for the input Tommy, but I'm not talking about forum ebots (I prefer NOT to get those for the most part!) I just checked my profile here and I have all the 'receive mail/info/notifications boxes marked 'YES' as I have done for the past [???] years. I haven't had ANY mail of any sort form Renderosity in the past 24 hours and yet I know that I shuld have had quite a bit...
