If you go into the 'labs', there is an export button on most of them. This will save the preset out to a file (you can put it anywhere.. C:Temp etc.). Then in Bryce 4, use the Import button in the lab to bring it back in. (if I missed a step, I'm sure someone will correct me) - Rim

a friend of mine just purchased bryce 4 and she had bryce 3d, she asked me how to bring in the textures and such she used from 3 into 4, i know there was a way but i forgot how it was done which folders does she need to copy from and such? i could kick myself for not remembering this..
