Hey Folks, I lost my transparency map for Michael's Wedgecut Hair Prop. How can I go about getting another one without having to buy the hair again? Are there any other trans map out there for this hair? I am hoping to hear from Daz3d, but who knows how long that will take. Please help :0) Thanks. Eric

Did you save the .EXE the file came in? Just reinstall.

Eric, if you didn't save the original .exe file, you can go back to Zygote/DAZ and download it again, provided you have only downloaded once (you can download each purchase TWICE - I think they did this in case of hard drive crashes so we don't have to repurchase things, but don't quote me because I'm just guessing on the reasons). If you don't have the original e-mail receipt (I keep all mine stored in a folder called "Receipts") then you can pull up the information by logging in to the site and going to your purchase history (or account history, whatever they call it) and the item will be listed there.
