Subject: Another basic, sorry! RENDERING IN A LARGER SIZE...?

AnnaKirsten ( ) posted Thu, 09 June 2005 at 4:49 AM · edited Tue, 10 October 2023 at 4:33 PM

When I've tried to set up the rendering machine to render a single poser figure in a larger size than the one on my workspace, I've found the finished result cuts off the head and feet of my poser figure. I've been choosing render to new window over black to do this (for tubing purposes), BUT where there would normally be a scroll bar to be able to scroll up and down the finished figure, it just doesn't seem to be active. Can someone please give me some guidance here? Thanks, Nicky.

You need to make sure that the new window size is the same proportions as your workspace window, otherwise you will get the cutoff problem. EG, if your workspace window is 400x600 then you should render to a new window at 800x1200. Hope this makes sense. Karen Poser Mod

Ok, thanks Karen, I suppose that was rather obvious lol! What I tend to forget is to check what the actual size of my workspace is and just go off what I'm looking at! Oh dear!!! More DUH! And more to come, I'm sure! lol! Nicky.
