Subject: Female Vascularity Bump Maps

Has anyone out there done a good female vascular bump map? I downloaded a male bump map a long time ago and was wondering if anyone has done one for the female? Not necessarily a bodybuilder but one for a lean athletic female.

I've never seen one. I've toyed with the idea of doing it. Poser bumps are very difficult to make look smooth.
