I'm building a motel cause I needed one, and thinking about selling it here, it has 16 rooms and an office, parkinglot, brickwall paremeter, 1.26 megs, made to scale with Daz figues.

Let me know what you think, and if you would buy it :)

I'd be interested, also.....but I'd like to see both "clean" and "run-down" textures.

In fact, it would be nice to have "abandoned/boarded up" textures, too.
