this is done in Max using many layers with "stitch" a cloth modifier applied...it took quite a bit of tweeking to get it to behave like hair rather than cloth...its still a bit "livlier " than i would like but im still working on it...im sure that with enough tweeking almost any cloth modifier would work to get the desired effect... its very labor intensive to get the initial hair object but after(if) its working properly everything is handled automatically by the modifier all you have to do is animate the figure and the hair will behave (hopefully)as its supposed to ... hopefully when importing poser animations with the pro pack, all that will be necessary is to morph base figure to match the first frame of imported animation and switch the binding from the base figure to the imported figure... i have successfully swapped figures already without a hitch but, as i dont yet have the propack i havent been able to test my theory.... my biggest worry at this point is the scale of the figures imported through the propack plugin....

i wasnt gona post this but thought it kinda neat and someone may find it interesting, just a quickie setup on this wasnt really concerned about anything except the motion of the hands and seeing the results...Y'all have a great day.
