Subject: Can I get my products reset?

Angelsinger ( ) posted Mon, 27 June 2005 at 2:00 PM · edited Wed, 25 December 2024 at 9:09 PM

...And please tell me for future purchases, how many inital downloads per product are given? I have never found a definite number for that.

AnyHOO, something went wrong today when I tried to download a product. Cancelled. Tried again, got a message about, "too many downloads", "I.P. sent to admin", blahblahblah.

Why is that? I'm only downloading it for me... Oh, one more thing. Saama was yanked from the market 'bout 3 days after I got it! Can that be acquired? From somewhere?

You're given 3 downloads per product. I've reset the maxed out downloads. I noticed for one that it appears you're using a download manager/accelerator. You will have to disable that before attempting to download. Any products that are removed from the MP after you've purchased them are left on the servers, but I would strongly suggest making backups of your purchases. Hope this helps, Deb

Thank you Deb. :) I juuuuuust installed a Download Manager -- never used one before -- and I was surprised that it jumped in when I tried to do the download.

Didn't know that was the default setting for the program.

Advice heeded ;)
