I went yesterday before the rain started to a field nearby. The sky was so dark on one side, and the other side so sunny. So I thought I go before the thunder start, so I took my camera and went quickly..... stayed there for about 15 minutes.....and this is the result. I was right on time home, because the weather turns in to a bad storm and rain. I love this purple cornflower..... Yes........I love nature..... I hope you like it too Ilona

I totally loose track of time when I'm out looking for stuff like this - I'd have got wet ;)

beautiful ilona!! :D i guess you don't have chiggers & ticks to deal with? & it's been over 100 degrees here for over a month with no rain, we only got 200 bales of hay out of a field that was dying of thirst, usually produces 600...

Beautiful shots Ilona. I'm betting if it had of been me there I would have got wet ... would have been thinking one more, one more :)

I feel exactly as you, Ilona ! We share the same two passions : nature and photography (I have a few others : my 3 daughters, music, research in chemistry (my job),...) I would give anything for such magic 15 minutes outside in the week-end.... great shots !
