hi. some of the things i have bought, for downloading, have vanished . i recently had to format everything on my computer and silly me forgot to back up my purchased stuff :( :P so thnx if u can reset the d.loads that r missing ; Victoria3 Fantasy Costume;MindVision-GDS Deborah Transylvania Collection, grom's V3 SFsuit, Daughter of Darkness,among others etc.. thnx

I'm trying to download a Poser 5 item file (JHoagland's Veepster: Cops & Racers) that I have purchased on March 9, 2005. My computer crashed & I had to replace it about 2 months ago. I didn't realized that I didn't have a back-up copy of it until this morning July 21,2005, however I'm receiving the following error when I try to download the file from my purchased list.

ERROR

Form validation error
Max download attempts exceeded for this product. IP Address has been logged. Admin has been notified. Please contact store@renderosity.com if you need assistance.

Please press Back, correct the errors, and try again.

You can please reset it so I can download the file.

On a sidenote I just tried emailing this message to store@renderosity.com but I got this error message reply...

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

store@renderosity.com

I'm not sure if it's on your end or my I.S.P. but I wanted to make you aware of it.

Hi Turk_WLF_ALF, I've reset your downloads. It looks like you might be using a download manager or download accelerator. If so please disable them since our systems do not support these tools. If you continue to have problems please let me know. Clint
