Subject: Opening downloaded Props in 3DS Max..

I downloaded some poser props that are .3DS file format. They open fine in Poser but they won't open in 3DSMax r3. Can anyone tell me why? I just installed 3DS and don't know much about it. Thanks

I've never seen any problem importing .3ds files into Max. You do have to use File/Import to bring the file in.
