Subject: Using Poser to convert between 3D file formats..

Is it a good idea to use Poser4 to convert between 3Dfile formats? Like: open a .OBJ and export as .3DS? Is there a better program to use for this kind of thing? I'm wanting to be able to use 3DMax to edit various 3D file types. Thanks much for any info

This one will open .MAX files. And supports more formats than Poser does. It's pretty nice. ScottA

It's pretty nice. But doesn't have a Mac version?
