A .mtl file accompanies an .obj file, it contains "commands" telling whatever program you use to load said .obj file to also include its texture, bump, etc. type files and where/how it goes onto that .obj file. I'm pretty sure .mtl files are for .obj files only...but don't quote me on that specific fact. Hope that helped. AgentSmith

Can anyone recommend or know of an equivalent of Lipsyncs Mimic for a Mac, and does anyone know what a .MTL file is?
