Subject: Can anyone Help me?

I am looking to add a a scramble layer to a picture, something like what yu see on TV when the can't show the face of a persom, how would I do that in Photoshop 5? Thanks-Chris

there is a plugin for that..dont remember where i saw it..but there is..sorry i couldnt be of more help..:)

Xenofex 1.0 has that ability in one of it's filters. You may also want to check here http://www.actionxchange.com If there was a Photoshop action made that does that this place is bound to have it. GeorgeD

Just marquee the area or face and use the mosaic filter under filter/pixelate/mosaic. That should do the trick. DD#3 :>
