Subject: my number of IMs as shown in top right corner has gone up by about 4

but when i check my IMs only the old ones show up - even if i try using a different browser. i'm certain it's not a cache problem. i just got a new IM tonight but i can't see it - very frustrating as people will think i'm rude not answering them love esther ps i tried deleting some a few days ago but that hasn't helped the problem.

Did you try doing a hard refresh?? ctrl F5 for IE?? See if that works. Deb

No because I have a mac, and I did open the IMs on a PC to try and the problem was still there. I don't think it would be a cache problem if I get same problem on a differnet computer, anyway the F5 key didn't seem to do anything on the PC when I tried it just now, but maybe becaus it's a wireless keyboard. Love esther

Okay I went into explorer preferences and emptied the cache but it has made no difference. Love esther

Okay, in the top left hand corner of my screen the number of IM has increased by one, but when I click on it, all I can see is my old IMs. This is very sad. Love esther

The last one is from Ziggie on the 26th of july. I have no other IMs that I can see. It's so weird and disappointing too. Love esther

Hi estherau, There was a message from ziggie that contained some html that was messing up all of your messages after the one he sent. I had to go ahead and delete that message to clear up the problem. Everything should be working normally now. Let me know if you're still having problems. Tommy
