so, i install PPP on my machine here at work, and I load up a file and blammo - invisible. the red area is the skin area of philc's wizard robe, that for some reason is the only visible part. I thought there was another post on this topic, but i cant find it now. When I load a new Philc robe, the same happens.

Using the Pro Pack this is what I did:-
Loaded the same wizard file that you have from the library into the scene ..... Loaded OK
Saved the character by ensuring that I had the Wizard (not the Robe) selected and selecting the Multiple Groups option. Saved with new name.
Re-loaded this new character .... loaded OK
Opened the new CR2 in Wordpad... all OBJ pointers correctly indicating the folders under the Geometries Directory. Prop geometry within the CR2 as expected.
The only way I can recreate what you see is by re-saving the figure and omitting to select the multiple group option.
If you would like to email me the PZ3 file I will be more than happy to look at it.

Yup, in the ppp you have to save the entire figure, same thing happened to me until I figured it out. I have another problem with the figure though. I bought the textures that go with it from the store, followed the directions and it looks really sad. Can anyone help with this? The wizard showed up with Phils robe or something written on it. 8^( I would love to use those textures, they look pretty good in the thumbnail. 8^) Marque

Marque, are the textures were by Dmentia? She remaped the original OBJ and posted an encrypted version to the [freestuff](http://www.renderosity.com/download.ez?uploadid=3705). It would possibly have been helpful if she had included this information in her readme file. This image was produced in the Pro Pack with one of her textures. Yes, I got that version, and followed the directions to use mover to change the geewiz c.obj to geewiz d.obj. I have all her textures where they are supposed to be and I did the mover thing, must have done something wrong. 8^) Your wizard looks great....arrrrgh! lol I will get the password from the cr2 and try downloading it again, last time I tried it went to a dead url. You may be confusing this with the Sorceress. [Email](mailto:pcooke@philc.net) with details of what you have and maybe a test render and I'll be happy to sort it out. [![philc_agatha_white_on_black.jpg](http://www.philc.net/images/logos/philc_agatha_white_on_black.jpg)](http://www.philc.net)

Oh...THAT file is totally screwed up! The hair piece shows up but doesn't work, it's bad..and I can't find the original files for her. I emailed you but it came back, all of your email has been refused for some reason, even the beta test stuff I wrote on Michael's clothes. Marque
