Subject: How does one render reflective floors?

I've seen quite a few images of rooms with shiny, reflective floors on them. I've experimented with the reflection nodes in Poser6, but haven't been able to reproduce that effect. Can someone please help me out via advice/instructions? Thanks! Some of the product images for the item below have examples of shiny/reflective floors: http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=37510

Here's my node setup in P6. Use any wood texture with these settings and switch on Raytracing in Render Options. Note - This gives a mirror finish, but still retains the wood tex. mac
