It purchases and becomes in several months. I cannot download. Why is it? please help me!

Hello, As part of our verfication process we ask that you send us the toll free or security number off the back of your credit card along with your Renderosity member name to store@renderosity.com . When we have that information, we'll be happy to activate your purchase. This is for first time purchases only. All future purchases will be available for immediate downloading.
