I'm trying to model for Poser & i'm getting these awful jagged edges. I've tried everything I know to try & sort this out, splitting vertices does nothing and it happens on the 3DS and the OBJ. Lowering the AO bias helps but doesn't remove the problem, which is showing in P5 & P6. Anyone come across this before that has a fix? Thanks

Two things come to mind offhand: pixel samples and post filter. Try increasing pixel samples a bit (5 or 6 should be sufficient), and change your post filter from box to gaussian, with a radius of around 2. See if that, along with the new AO bias settings helps any.

Thanks Maxx i'll try that.

Hope it helps. If that doesn't do the job, try posting a screenshot of your render settings here, which may allow others to more efficiently pinpoint the problem. Good luck!

You're a star! Major improvement as you can see. Still could do with tweaking a bit but just glad it's not my modeling at fault! P6 renderer is improved but could be better I think....or could I just be spoilt with Max & Brazil? Hmmm...chalk n cheese comes to mind! Thanks Maxx Brian
