Subject: Laura conforming shoes problem - help please!

Hi everyone, I have some trouble with a pair of conforming shoes for Laura which I made in Poser 5. Overall, they work okay, but when conformed, they both add values to the twist and the bend parameters of the foot which should not be there and make the shoes not fit quite so well anymore: Right Foot Twist -1 Bend -1 Left Foot Twist 1 Bend 1 When I set those dials to zero, the shoes look fine and work fine. How can I stop the conformer adding those stupids 1s??? If it's helpful, it consists of a foot and a toe each, no other groups, and all use spherical falloff zones. Besides, what do I have to pay attention to when I want to make a conformer made in Poser 5 usable in Poser 4? Please help anyone, I'm going crazy over those stupid shoes!!! Tina

You'll need to:-

  1. Load the shoes into the scene.
  2. Turn off all IK chains.
  3. Zero all rotations, translations and scale.
  4. Go to EditMemorize and select Figure
  5. Save the shoes back to the library.

Memorizing removes those preset rotations. Hope this helps.
