Subject: IP sessions maxed?

Hi - while trying to access the site today I was getting a message that my ip had exceeded it's maximum number of sesssions and then something about cookies?? Just wondering if somethign had been up bacaue I did a recent reformat and have had some odd browser issues since.

Anything on this? It's making me crazy, I can access Renderosity 1 x per day, doesn't matter the browser, I've tried IE and FireFox to no avail. After that 1 x I have to disconnect and reconnect to access the site, it's not happening anywhere else just here. Currently I'm on dial-up as the DSL modem isn't working so when I hang up and reconnect I have a new isp. The cookies error comes up telling me to activate cookies - I do have them active, I have also cleared my cache.
