There are older character addons available in the Poser community, but no real suitable hair for such characters, especially the females. An elderly women doesn't usually have a massive full head of hair in the trendy styles that you see in most of the hair models for Poser. In addition to that, their hair, like most men, often thins out somewhat. Here are some examples.
