I simply need to know how do I go about requesting a refund for a product I purchased yesterday? I sent an email to the renderosity store addy above; is that correct? I already spent 13 hours total with the product; it is unusable for me. If the read-me file on the product page had mentioned what I found out in the other read me file (found only in the files that accompany the download), I wouldn't have purchased it to begin with. Thank you for your help. :)
