Subject: Sound in an animation problem... Anyone else?

This happen to anyone else... I rendered a short sequence in preview mode so I could check how well the sound synced up with the video and Poser locks up. It won't add the sound period... I can render the sequence without sound with no problems at all... just can't add the sound.. It's a pain to have to add it later just to check how it works. Ed

Hasn't happened to me ... yet. And as you know, I do a lot of stuff with Mimic and dance animations. Anything special about that particular sound file, which might distinguish it from others you've used before? 8-bit, 16-bit? Mono or stereo? 48kHz? Audio compression?

Nothing that should cause a problem LD... 8 bit mono generated with TextAloud MP3 and cleaned up in Goldwave. Same kind of files I use all the time. This the first time I've tried P6 with a sound file. I usually render to a tif sequence so the sound really doesn't matter. This was just a quick test to see if my two figures looked ok... 75 frames @ 30fps for the test part.
