Subject: Need opinion about wall tex. :))

I was playing in PS and trying to make wall texture. Any advice what should be changed, added, tweaked, etc. ;) Please tell me youre opinion about this :) Tihomir

This is a great wall texture - it almost looks like knock down If the bumps were smeared (not a lot - just enough to combine them) it would be knock down. The shading is really good - overall a super job!

Its for this castle, whitch is in very early starting stage. The front side is not near the finish. OH yeah now when its here what do you think about it ;) Tihomir

Very nice model. The texture will look very rich with some ornate gold trim around the castle.

The wall needs some grunge, some dirt, level of detail. It's too clean.

Now darken up the areas of the wall around the blue raised areas. That's dirt. Maybe use a grunge map like the one above to add level of detail. Add it as a new layer and apply it in multiply mode. Stuff like that. Stuff like that adds age and weathering.
