Since the purchase was made through Content Paradise, you'll have to contact them for resolution. By any chance have you tried sending the merchant an Instant Message through Renderosity's Instant Message system? Maybe their email server is having problems and they haven't received the email?? Deb

Hi, I bought both the OP dress (by rwaller) and the AD general clothing kit (by motura) through content paradise. Also unfortunately, the products are riddled with problems. The OP dress doesn't fit the product it was bought for, looks terrible, and renders worse. Random parts just dont appear on the dress. Second, the general clothing kit is actually missing a couple of the items supposedly in it, the school girl outfit has an error, and the vest/shirt combo crashes the program- regardless of whether I use Poser or Daz- entirely. Frankly, neither product has lived up to par at ALL. I've tried to contact the makers in hopes they might have a fix for the product, but I have gotten no response from the makers as well as from content Paradise. Can someone please help?
