When I click the link, I get a "Forbidden" message. I have never had trouble at BAT's site before. Any advice gratefully received.

Same here, I never had trouble before either, tried using Firfox and IE, no luck! :(

Paul, try switching off your firewall momentarily. I used to get this at BATLAB's site under my old security software. Switching off would do the trick.

thats good advice to switch off your firewall karen1573, that worked for me :)
