In your first frame place the arms & hands as you would like them to hold the box, then turn on Inverse Kinmatics (IK) for both arms. Parent the box to one hand and the other hand to the box. This should hold them to the box. If they continue to swing, you may have to re-keyframe the arms & hands one frame at a time.

This is a tough one, at least for a newbe like me. I am trying to create an animation where a woman is carrying a box. I set up a walk path for the woman and then used "Walk Designer" to apply her to the path. I put a box across her two forarms and parented the box to her left forarm. When she walks the box swings with her left forarm. Is there any way to parent the box to both her left and right forarms?
