I don't know about a leash law, but duke can have a collar now, I uploaded a cartoon dog collar to the free stuff and the texture map can be found at http://pages.prodigy.net/d.lofton/DukeCollarT.JPG Enjoy!

Poser is rapidly entering the "Cartoon Age". Can't wait for the Cartoon Kitty and a Cartoon Tweety-Bird...

I love that show. Why not that cute one-eyed space pilot babe?..

Someone did do a photo realistic Leela picture that was shown off in this forum. Now with PPP all I need for new cartoon characters are a few front and side shots and I have a figure.

I already made a Tweety bird. Not a Poser figure though could be converted easy enough I suppose. ScottA

ScottA- I hope you do. I think the time has arrived for Poser cartoon characters. They are hilarious and work great with gif and flash animations- as your website previews show. Now I just need to find that Bender character- I just saw him the other day at... Free Stuff???...

Fox-Mulder ( ) posted Mon, 05 March 2001 at 3:43 PM

Director- are you creating animations in PP using 2-D illustrations, or creating 3D characters from 2-D illustrations? Seems that you could use PP for 2-D animations- never thought of that. Hummmmm......

Director ( ) posted Mon, 05 March 2001 at 4:04 PM

I'm using 2d character cell drawn model sheets and using them in other apps like Max to create 3d characters. The PP boning process still has a lot to be desired for a perfect fit every time but it isn't too bad. Poser can then have characters done in cartoon stlye with antialised renderings.

I am still having a hard time picturing exactly what you mean- Boned 2D Cels or 3D characters made using 2D Cels...

Just a WIP from Character Creators...

I'm talking about the latter Fox. New 3d characters inspired by hand drawn cartoons. Then rendering 3d characters to look like 2d catoons.
