Welcome to the Poser Technical Forum.
Where computer nerds can Pull out their slide rules and not get laughed at. Pocket protectors are not required. ;-)
This is the place you come to ask questions and share new ideas about using the internal file structure of Poser to push the program past it's normal limits.
New users are encouraged to read the FAQ sections here and on the Poser forum before asking questions.
I assume this pack contains full body morphs for the clothes. Is it just the full body morphs that do not work for the left side of the character, or do they also fail when dialed on a body part? Does the INJ pose make use of readScripts? In that case, are both left and right side read in? And finally, if it does make of readScripts, are the left and right side poses not "mixed up", I mean, is the left side pose file not an exact copy of the right side pose file? Just a few things that I could think of off the top of my head.

I used M3 SR1 for this... The product readme says it works perfect for the Free M3 also. I d/led the Free M3 and got the same results. I've tried it in P4 & ProPack. Also the face poses don't 'pertain to this figure'. I really want to try and fix it before I ask for a refund. The pose file is V 4.01. So it should work for P4.
Looks like his left shoulder, forearm, thigh and shin do not work. Maybe left hand and left foot too. I don't have the product, so I can't check out the .pz2s myself. There's probably a "Captain INJ" pose file. If you open it with a text editor, you could check out the channels sections for those body parts. A morph channel starts with the word "targetGeom" and a name. Probably PBMCCxx or something like that. The next entry will be the name of the channel as displayed in the dial palette. Probably "Captain" or something similar. The important part is the deltas section. The deltas contain the displacement information for the vertices of the body part. If there are no deltas, you have a corrupt INJ pose file.

That would be trouble, I think, unless it's someone who already owns a copy of Captain for M3. You could ask the merchant for permission to send the pz3 to someone for inspection. Without permission it would be an illegal copy.

I so understand... Because of ethics I bought 2 of them. One for myself for posing, and one for the modeler for scale & proportion to the prop models being created. The other person is too busy to install it right now and doesn't know there are problems. So that would be 2 refunds. Not good. I'll ask the merchant. Thank you!
Hmmmm.... He did say it should work on the first M3. However, the merchant gave me permission to let an 'expert' look at the INJpose file. The character is really a stunning piece of work and i'll do anything to make it useable. Could there be a problem in the INJ/REM process(on Daz's end)? I get the same results in ProPack. I don't even know what I should be looking for. I hate being lame...

I purchased a char/txtr pack that has 'sculpted' clothes to the body. When I try the INJ_Clothed it only affects the right side of the body. This is for Poser 4 - Poser 6. I'm using P4 and ProPack. The left side dials move but nothing changes. I've tried the 'right to left' options on the unaffected parts, but nothing works. I've gone thru the .pz2 and nothing seems out of order... The merchant has no problem on his end. This character is central to a project that is in the final modeling stage. I'm sure it's something i've overlooked in the INJ.pz2 file... Thanks for any ideas, BillyGoat
