I need another reset, please. Baby Love didn't download (download got cut off at 39% for no reason) and then the system ended up with me downloading a 'securedownload.ez' file, and it said my downloads were up. :(

Thank you Stacey... could you also reset Bice's Bits-A-Gain? I'm afraid it didn't download completely, either. The storms we've been having lately make for much fun trying to download large files, when there's no resume capabilities. :(
