Subject: Who's Texture is This?

I rendered this image over 6 months ago and have completely forgotten what the name of this Victoria 3 head texture. I have spent the entire day looking in my archive with no luck.

I was hoping that that someone would recognize the texture. Some stuff I do remember about the render is that the eye textures do not belong to the head texture set and I used the Real Skin Shader.
