I recently started doing a tut for a web button. This was a more expert friendly tut and I thought I knew a lot but this one stumped me. The tut author says to creat a box inside of one you already built and give it a stroke outline. the left and top lines being black and the bottom and right ones being white. I can do it but it is rather a drawn out process. There has to be a quicker way. any ideas?

can you get the effect using the "bevel/emboss" layer style??

Trust me the best and easyest way for gel buttons is to make them in vector app (you choose witch one). With logic ops you can make very precise and clean shadows and highlights. And one more thing to consider is smaller file size and flexibility :) Tihomir
