Subject: 3DS file?

Whats a 3DS and how does it relate to poser 3? I tried to install some of these but it didn't work.

It's a type of model format originally used by 3dSMax (before they came up with .max fornat), but over the past few years it's become generic. To load it in Poser use file>> import>> 3ds

A DFX is another model format. Poser can import those too.
