I just got this item with two others and the others worked fine but this seemed to stick when I tried to download (the others had finished). I think I double clicked it and nothing happened. I exited and when I returned later the icon for the download was gone althought the item is listed. I checked my email and the conformation has not come yet. I will update when it does.
