Subject: Question about Victoria 3 Body Morphs and Clothes

renderq ( ) posted Tue, 22 November 2005 at 3:46 PM ยท edited Fri, 10 January 2025 at 11:29 AM

I have Injected head/body morphs into V3 and now I am trying to figure how to get clothes I've purchased to fit. I tried a search here and came up empty. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do the clothes have "morphs"? If they do, all you need to do is select the body part of the clothing and adjust the morph dials in the Parameter Dials. If the clothes do not have morphs, that's more difficulty because resizing doesn't usually work for fitting clothing. In cases like this, you can use "The Tailor" in order to add some or all of the figure's morphs so that you can fit the clothing around the pose. I think most of us now use Wardrobe Wizard (found at PhilC's site), to fit clothing from one figure to another, or from a figure to it's morphed up one. Working with some poses where legs stick out, or the figure is sitting etc, is a real challenge regardless of what you use to fit the clothing.

I came accross this in tutorials

Converting Conforming Clothing to Dynamic

grylin - Will send you a message - Thanks

Acadia - I'll look into the Wardrobe Wizard. I am using both conforming and morphing clothing. Even with morphing clothes, some of the fitting is quite off. Thanks for the tip.
