Subject: Sale notifications

Why am I getting notifications for things in my wishlist telling me they are on sale, when they aren't? This makes about the third time this has happened. The most recent one happens to be Neftis' Neftoon Pal (http://market.renderosity.com/softgood.ez?ViewSoftgood=27078). What's the deal? David

Hi David, I just checked and it is listed on sale. You might be hitting the products before the nightly batch job finishes placing all the items on sale. Clint

Well then why do the notifications go out before the batch job finishes? I even did a 'CTRL + F5' just to make certain a fresh page gets loaded and not a cached one. David

The batch job runs in a sequence and I agree the notifications should go out after the sales are started. However - There should only be a 15-45 minute delay between when the notifications are sent out and when the sales are actually started up. I'll look into it. Clint
