Subject: unable to get e-mail to store and download items

I purchased some items and paid via pay pal np, when i went to doen load it says awaiting payment ok 24 hours and no bits, i have tried via my yahoo and msm to contact the store but it bounces back all my e-mails saying the address is wrong??? any help anyone??
