Subject: Missing Download Link for Purchased Product

Just about a few minutes ago, I purchased The Shag Hair for V3. I went through the usual procedure when ordering on line (credit card details, address, yadda, yadda, yadda...)and the whole transaction went without a snag but when i clicked the link that went with my "you may download your current purchase through your link button this is what it said: Item - Shag Hair Artist - gold tassel, swam Amount - $ 8.00 Purchased - 11/26/05 Shipped - N/A Download? - (This was blank) Product Review - Leave Product Review Now, where does a newbie find out what happened to the "download" link that's supposed to go with the purchased product?

Post in that forum. They will get it fixed for you. Don't worry, you will get your download :)

Much thanks and lotsa hugs Acadia. I was warned I'd have sleepless nights playing with my new toy and this is my very first purchase so you can just imagine how much I am pouting I have been doing lol...thanks again =)

If this was your first purchase, you won't get a download link until you're approved. It's a fraud protection thing. Once you've had your first purchase approved, any future purchases you make will be available immediately.
