Subject: Amounts

Is there a limit to the amount of "Stuff" that Poser6 will allow in a scene?

A scene I'm working on has 8 Spotlights 3 are spots & 5 are points. Poser allows me to add more but I don't get any effects. If I delete or turn one off the new light then takes effect.
It's odd? Is It? They allow you to add more but don't make them work?
Will they all render I didn't try?

Also while I'm thinking of it...
Is there any other limits on content?
Clothing, Clothing per charactor, Props ect...

Many Thanks!

Scott

I noticed that too...as far as I can tell they will render fine, you just don't get the live preview

Ahhh...the "lights" thing. That happened to me too. It's good to know I'm not going insane, and it's not just my computer. ~lol~

This is an OpenGL limit. It allows you a limited number of lights in preview, but they should render without problems. It's not a Poser problem per se.

Thanks for the feedback. Thanks, you are both correct.

And in my quest for other information...
I have been reading through some of "geeps" tutorials & he was able to loaded 100 lights.

I've also rendered since then & my lights definetly show after rendering.

Thanks Again.
