Subject: I have been charged twice *download error*

Debbie I have been charged twice for my purchase today. THere was a server error "internal server error, your request was not processed" so I hit the back button and followed the instructions on the page, by clicking the button to check if my purchase went through. I was taken to the account page and saw that my purchase was not there. so I went through the process again to checkout. again a server error! so this time i was going to make sure that my "cart" were saved and try again later, but my cart was empty. So I went back to purchases and sure enough there duplicates of everything I purchases and I'm sure that I was charged twice due to a site error, by the way everything seems to be working only intermittetly (sp?). What's going on with the site!!!! Clark King clarkking user name.

Hi Clark, I apologize for the inconvenience, but have already credited the duplicate charge back to your credit card, and will process it as well on your purchase history. Thank you for letting us know. Deb
