Hi,

I recieved a gift, went to download but it came up with website not responding, went back tried again, got nothing, went back and no downloads left, please reset and I will leave it till tomorrow to try again,

Sorry for the problems. Our site was experiencing some slowness this morning, but it should be okay now. I have reset your downloads, so you can try again at your convenience.
