DUH! I always thought the dancing baby was done with Poser back in the day! Anyway, stumbled upon this "blast from the past" website. All you dancing baby fans will be in heaven! hehehe.

There was a dancing baby with the P4 content CD, but it wasn't -the- dancing baby.

They need to research better though - the Hendrix baby is playing right-handed! Shame on them:-)

It might be because I don't care much for chidren, but I always thought that was totally annoying and one of the reasons I didn't like that tv show at all.

"It might be because I don't care much for chidren" LMAO! Ok, that one took me by surprise. hehe. Hopefully you don't have any of your own then! If you do, please give them to someone who cares. LOL :) You have a point though. I always found the dancing baby extremely annoying! After all, it's damn strange... a baby... dancing about like a buffoon! It scared me more than anything. Reminds me of that dream sequence in the movie Trainspotting, where the dead baby was crawling on the ceiling. hehe

Nope. Never wanted any :) Contrary to popular belief, not all women have biological clocks and a driving need to have offspring, LOL When I was a kid playing with my dolls, I was always "babysitting". I remember my Aunt asked me once "Is that your baby?" and I told her "No! I'm babysitting", LMAO

I only "tolerate" kids, but I do recognize their vulnerability and I always stand up for them when it comes to keeping them safe and out of harms reach. As a result of that I have done periodic speaking in classrooms on child abuse, and it was the topic I picked to present when I did my paediatrics rotation for nursing. When my best friend was a single parent of 2 kids, I saw how difficult that was for her, so I did my "best friend duty" and "borrowed" her kids for the weekend from time to time and let her have a break. They were pretty well behaved kids, but my nerves were shot come Sunday night and I was more than glad to see them go home, LOL

I much prefer cats to babies :)

well, they clean up after themselves (sometimes) and don't make as much noise..;) I remember these..the only one I even tolerated was the 'terminator baby'..;) yeah..this stuffed many an inbox back in the day..

The dancing baby is what gave me the idea for my "Baby Disco".....

I hated the show and the dancing baby thing. It never looked like a baby to me. It always looked like a bald fat guy wearing a diaper. Glad we all walked down memory lane now it's back to reality. BTW, I like kids. I have some. I'm willing to share them and even sell them. I have two that I'd pay somebody to take. By the time I'm 40, I won't like kids any more. I know why hamsters eat their young.

I like kids, but I recall the venerable Don Tatro was also mightily annoyed with the dancing baby, and I think he devoted an entire section of his creepy clown site to anti-dancing-baby images. be fair, though - in those days there were few things more hideous than the dancing poser baby. ;-)

It wasn't so much that Don hated the dancing baby, it's that Creepy hated it because it was so utterly ubiquitous at the time, and Creepy's goal was utter ubiquitousness, assuming that's a word, so they were at war. Creepy won, by the way, so there! :-)
