My store acount has been moved according with the new nudity rules for the Market place. The funny thing is that I'm not able to access my store acount to edit my only product. On the other hand my product did a few sells and the just disapear as well as my store acount. I know this is not the right forum to post this, but I can't access the Merchants forum too. I would apreciate if someone smarter that the person who moved my product to hold could fix this problem. Regards Virus

Hi Virus, You were informed on the 12th of the month regarding the nudity policy going into effect 2 weeks after the 12th. That would have been the 26th, but we gave it a few extra days. Please contact the person that sent you the email, so that you can get your updated images to them so that they may place your product back into the MarketPlace. Have a Happy New Year! Deb

Thanks my product is back again to the Market Place! :) Thanks Deb Thanks Stacey I just have one more question :) I got the following message when I try to access my store acount: "You do not have access to Merchant Administration. You are not considered a valid Merchant until you have uploaded a product and it has been approved by the admins." How can this can be fixed? Best regards And Have a very good year, and wish that all your resolutions will be achieved!!!! :)

Since that was your only product, when it got pulled to holding and the batch job ran, the system didn't recognize you as an active merchant. By morning you should have merchant access again. Let me know if you still dont :) OH THANK YOU!!! I'm hoping my resolution will be achieved as well!! Best to you for the New Year also :) Deb
