UV Mapper is available at uvmapper.com. There's a free and a pay version.
I don't think you need UV Mapper for this product any more. IIRC, you can put the texture together with Photoshop or a similar program. It is kind of a pain, but it's an old product, and that's how things were done back then.
To make the whole cyborg, you have to buy all four parts - arms, legs, head, and textures. You need the P4 nude woman, as well. (She is included with Poser 4, 5, and 6.)

You don't need UV Mapper, but you do need a program to do the geometry re-encoding. Its based on the Victoria 2 mesh IIRC ( or I may be thinking of the Cyborg IT.A.02), and the geometry comes as PCF files. Theres an article at EFrontier (linked) that explains the process. do i need "UV mapper" for "Andygraph -CYBORG IT.A.01 Mech.Head- PC" and what is "UV mapper"?
