This is fantastic! Thanks for turning us on to it. Gonna be fun playing with this. So much for yard work this weekend, lol. :)

Nice little programme, but downloading is taking a very long time :(

I wanted to export the wire frames of some of this stuff into Wings, but I can't figure out how to do it. Am I missing something, or is my desire truely an impossibility? Help please.

ellocolobo ( ) posted Sat, 21 January 2006 at 10:20 PM

DawnStar>No, you can reach all your desires...simply go to Export>Edit obj>Save file as> Just be sure to type .obj after the file name...You won't get just wire frames but that doesn't matter in Wings..

Ahhhh Thank you soooo much! I wasn't adding the .OBJ after the file name. Now I have my heart's desire...at least for tonight. :)

Has anyone experienced using this program and how stable is it. The web page looks interesting, especially saving as obj files. But I'm sometime leary of downloading programs I've not seen much 3rd party recommendations on. Anyone ???

mjhatch ( ) posted Mon, 23 January 2006 at 8:35 PM

I've have had it for 2 days, and so far it's soloid as a rock. Bryce and Blender 3D had no problem with its .obj at all. I even used it while rendering a heavey Bryce scene, it did slow down but that was it. I run XP Home fully fix packed, on my AMD Athlon XP 2600+ with 512 MB of RAM. I know I've only been using it for a short time, but usually you know within a day how stable things are. Mark...;)

Very stable on my machine.
