Subject: Can't Download Purchases

Hi there: My first set of purchases under the "new" interface and I cannot download any of them. Like others have stated, my DLs churn and then time out...and then say I've exceeded my limit. Nothing on my end has changed...no download accelerators or managers, using IE, etc... Please reset my order so I can try again...sigh...
