This morning was an odd morning, mostly overcast and cloudy, but as we motored up the Grand Canal in the boat we soon were escorted by as many as five or six dolphins. IMO these aren't gallery worthy, but I just had to show them to you! It was almost magical the way they jumped rolled and splashed along the side of the boat and eventually escorted us back out to the Banana River...

Ohhh so you own a boat? ... lucky you. Dolphins sure are a delight to watch especially in their natural habitat like this... could watch them for hours. You did sooo well to get these shots ... they move soooo fast ... all the ones I've got are of their tails disappearing into the water! hmmm are they called tails, oh well you know what I mean :) Noeline

Fabulous to see these in their natural habitat :)

And every one said, 'If we only live,
We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---
To the hills of the Chankly Bore!'
Far and few, far and few, Are the lands where the Jumblies live;
Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to sea in a Sieve.

AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!! AREN`T THEY TOOOOO SWEET FOR WORDS???? Hmmm..if they are...why am i typing? Oh well...lovely sight this is. I just love dolphines, and that second shot with the tail splashing is really cool. #:O)

How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?
